by Ernest O'Neill
The world stands at another crossroads. Will its most powerful nation show restraint and focused development of its weak intelligence service so that furtive anarchists are defeated with their own weapons ? Or will it respond with overwhelming military power to establish that the anarchists are right might is right ? But a wasting war can breed a century of enmity and a decade of economic stagnation. Once more free men can rise to the challenge if they choose.
