Guidance on how to pray effectively.

We need to talk to God and be real with Him. We should not look for feelings but believe God is there whether we feel Him or not. The main requirement for prayer is what Heb. 11.6 states-believe that He exists.

We need to find out from God's heart what His desires are for others and ourselves. This is not based on our feelings but on a confidence in God that is unshaken.

God knows what is needed in people's lives. He wants us to look to Him in prayer rather than coming up with our own ideas on how to solve the problem.

We need to get to know God through prayer. God will hear our prayers if we believe that He hears us. It's vital to be honest and talk to Him as we will face Him in eternity.

'Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding'.

Our love for others is measured by how much we pray for each other. We can't change others but prayer can. We need to learn to toil in prayer for others.

"Never give up! We should never cease to pray for others-ask, seek, find and the door will be opened!"
